NetPort Science Park

- At NetPort Science Park, we will create one of the most interesting work and meeting places, says Samuel Henningsson, CEO of NetPort.Karlshamn.
The first phase, 6ooo square meters, was completed for occupancy in year 2004. Phase II was completed in July 2006 and Phase III in July 2009.
White Arkitektbyrå, that has great experience in similar projects, had the assignment to design the building.

NetPort Science Park is the physical location on the East Pier in Karlshamn where there is a stimulating development in what we believe are future areas of application in a variety of industries. NetPort Science Park will contribute to the growth and development of Karlshamn.

We are members of SISP –  Swedish Incubators & Science Parks – that is a non-profit member based association for Swedish incubators and science parks.

A Science Park offers a stimulating and enabling environment for the development businesses in growth. The park can be described as a meeting place between people, but also of ideas, knowledge and creativity.

A Science Park often has a close connection to a nearby university or college. Here, young development companies, often based on research or university technologies, gets an opportunity to grow strong. Companies in the park, in addition to a creative and stimulating environment also provides access to a shared reception, conference facilities and other service facilities.
