Blekinge’s innovation environments have been granted nearly SEK 9 million from the EU Social Fund (ESF) for the project Future Competence in Blekinge starting on March 1, 2019. The project is about supporting and developing small and medium-sized companies’ ability and processes to become more efficient in their competence supply. . Project owners are Techtank and partners in the project are Blekinge Business Incubator (BBI), Blue Science Park and NetPort Science Park.
In short, the project Future Competence in Blekinge is about becoming better at attracting, developing and retaining staff. The participating companies will, through coaching and skills-enhancing efforts, be supported in their work with, among other things, competence transfer, talent attraction, recruitment and employer branding.
